The Liver Party Discord Server Guidelines.

Apply these to Discord experience for ease of use. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result, depending on the infraction, in:

• A stern talking to.
• A time-out (muted for a short period of time).
• Kick (unable to access server for a period of time).
• Ban (ONLY to be distributed in cases where it is completely evident that you are incompatible with this community and have no interest in reforming yourself).

The acts towards reform for you as laid out above are generally reached by consensus by members of the server. Though only members of the collective are given "admin" powers, no single individual calls the shots.

1. The Golden Rule. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
2. Do not in any way attempt to undermine the integrity of the egalitarian structure of our community. This includes prioritizing your own opinion / dismissing the ideas of others and attempting to gain control of the server in any way.
3. Do not call art "pretentious" as an insult. If your only criticism of something is that it is "pretentious" then you aren't trying hard enough.
4. Members of all ages are allowed into the server. With that in mind, please keep your conversations about NSFW or substance / alcohol use to an absolute minimum.
5. You will find a lot of the people here (especially individuals within the actual collective) have experienced a lot of hardship or trauma. You can't be faulted for not knowing about these people's histories, but that being said, if a member of the collective (or anyone for that matter) tells you to change topic from whatever the discussion is, please do so for their sake and your own. You are not owed an explicit explanation, but if you ask kindly, you may receive one. Basically, just don't talk about the traumatic shit if you already know what it is.
6. Do not post links from Twitter. Only send screenshots if it is relevant to conversation.
7. No "irony". This just means no insincerity for the sake of looking cool.
